Children and teens experience grief, but how they grieve may be different from adults.
Please come to Severn Library on Saturday, January 31 for “Cocoa & Canvas”, a special time for children 6 to 12 to come paint their “happy place”, learn relaxation techniques such as guided imagery, and share hot chocolate and cookies. Children will bring home their “happy place” masterpiece. Door prizes will be given out. Sponsored by the Chesapeake Life Center. Parents are encouraged to attend with their children.
