Grief is an ongoing and dynamic process unique to the individual. Learn more about living with loss and support available from Chesapeake Life Center.
Children and teens experience grief, but how they grieve may be different from adults.
Working our way through grief while trying to keep up with day-to-day life can feel very overwhelming. We want grief to be predictable and move logically from one step to the next. But in spite of the universality of grief, everyone experiences grief differently. In this workshop we will learn about the grief process, review coping strategies, and discover ways to grow through this difficult time.
